Qianyu Aluminum Efficiently Completes Export Packaging and Shipment of 30 Tons of High-End Aluminum Profiles, Gaining High Recognition from Overseas Customers

Recently, Shandong Qianyu Aluminum Co., Ltd. successfully completed the export packaging and shipment of 30 tons of high-end architectural Aluminum Profiles. The products were loaded onto a ship at Qingdao Port and subsequently shipped to Southeast Asia and the Middle East. This order covered various specifications of products, including curtain wall profiles and door and window structural components. The customer had stringent requirements for packaging protection, dimensional accuracy, and delivery time. Through standardized operations and meticulous management, Qianyu Aluminum achieved zero product loss and on-time delivery, winning the recognition of overseas customers.
As a professional manufacturer of finished aluminum alloy products, Qianyu Aluminum has deep roots in the non-ferrous metal processing field. Leveraging its import and export qualifications and technological R&D advantages, it continues to expand its international market share. In response to this export order, the company established a special working group and formulated a "triple control" packaging and shipping plan, referring to the standard GB/T 3199-2023 "Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage of Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Processed Products". For enhanced protection, a combination of high-density pearl cotton full-coverage and honeycomb cardboard corner protectors was adopted to effectively avoid the risks of oxidation and scratches. For timely delivery, a three-shift, 24-hour continuous operation was implemented, with a reverse schedule clearly defining the time nodes for each stage, and port logistics resources were coordinated to achieve seamless "factory-dock" connection.

The successful delivery of this export order is a comprehensive test of our packaging technology and logistics service capabilities," said a representative from Qianyu Aluminum. The company will continue to optimize export packaging standards, customize differentiated solutions for the needs of customers in different regions, further expand into the RCEP member country market, and lay a solid logistical foundation for the "going global" of non-ferrous metal processed products.
