Qianyu Aluminum Industry has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with a well-known European automaker, and will export aluminum alloy motor housings to Europe in batches.
Recently, Qianyu Aluminum signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a well-known European new energy vehicle brand, becoming a core supplier of aluminum alloy motor housings in its global supply chain. The first batch of 10,000 sets of motor housings compliant with EU standards has been delivered, marking Qianyu Aluminum's official entry into the high-end European market.
This cooperation underwent a rigorous six-month review process, with the partner conducting a comprehensive evaluation across multiple dimensions, including production qualifications, technical capabilities, quality control, and environmental protection systems. Qianyu Aluminum stood out from numerous competitors thanks to its comprehensive ISO quality management system and stable product performance. The two parties agreed that the cooperation scale will gradually expand to 50,000 sets per year over the next three years, with a cumulative cooperation amount exceeding 100 million euros.

To meet the high-end demands of the European market, Qianyu Aluminum has established a dedicated overseas R&D team. Addressing the high power and heat dissipation requirements of European vehicle motors, the team optimized the product's heat dissipation structure design, adopted new composite aluminum alloy materials to improve thermal conductivity, and implemented lightweight design to reduce the product weight by 15% compared to traditional models, contributing to an 8% increase in overall vehicle range.

"The European market has extremely stringent requirements for product quality and environmental protection, and this cooperation is a comprehensive test of our overall strength." In recent years, China's aluminum motor housing export market has shown rapid growth, with exports increasing by 21% year-on-year in 2024, of which high value-added products accounted for 38%. Qianyu Aluminum's entry into the European market will not only increase the company's overseas market share but also promote the international recognition of China's aluminum alloy motor housing manufacturing technology. In the future, the company plans to establish a production base in Southeast Asia to further expand its market in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.
